“My favorite honey.
Seriously, it's the bees' knees.”
— Allan, Mission Mission

Thanks for buying our honey!

Our bees live on Alemany Farm near
St. Mary's Park in San Francisco, California.

Where can I get it?

Unfortunately, our honey isn't for sale at this moment. If you wrote us, we could let you know when we have more in stock.

How come my honey is hard?

Well, our honey doesn't go through any processing (besides a strain or two) so it's much more prone to crystallization. Commercial producers tend to filter and treat their honey, which prevents crystallization but also takes away a lot of the character that makes each hive's product unique. To re-liquify: throw the jar in a pot with water. Heat.

What can I make with it?

It's easy to spread when it's crystallized so it's super rad with butter on a toasted baguette. In this video, Allan demonstrates a wonderful sandwich using our honey. Our friends at Bruno's once made pork-belly stuffed with boar and glazed it with our honey!
